Paul Sean Hill
Paul Sean Hill is a 25-year veteran of NASA’s iconic Mission Control. In 2007, he became Director of Mission Operations, a role he served for seven years, transforming the leadership culture.
His approach to a set of leadership values reduced NASA costs and heightened its capabilities in ways that enabled the program to maintain planned missions in space.
As an executive consultant and speaker, Paul has been described as “a leadership evangelist.”
His passion for learning and living leadership values is infectious and has impacted numerous leaders across a variety of industries. Paul was also a U.S. Air Force satellite operations officer and an aerospace engineer from Texas A&M University.
Paul’s book, Leadership from the Mission Control Room to the Boardroom, is the basis for the message he shares with audiences: Failure is always an option, and so is choosing to lead your team into an environment that helps them avoid catastrophe and pull off miracles.
